The engagement, in plain language.

A PRPSure engagement is a written contract: base fee, reward pool, floor, KPI set with weights that sum to 1.00, and a period unit (calendar month in v1). Currency is BDT.

The public calculator is an estimator. The invoice uses accepted measurements at period close. Score and billable follow formula v1: each KPI ratio is clamped at 1.2; billable is max(floor, base + pool × (score − 1)).

After close, the same billable may post to ERP (PRPack company 0), CRM (vtiger), and Academy enrolment when those legs are enabled. Downstream systems do not recompute the amount.

Hours are not the billing unit. Missing a target moves the bill toward the floor; beating a target shares the pool. Neither party gloats; the number stands.
